Why you want to attend Jorday’s
Dance School...
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a
smile. Jorday’s Dance studio is a family run business. Her sister
Tiffany assists Jorday in teaching the classes. Her mother Daisy takes
care of finances. Her father Jorge makes sure everything runs smoothly
and the youngest of all, Daziann, is in charge of promotions.
There are three instructors during the sessions. All of the sessions are
intense so you definitely get a workout, there is a lot of energy from
both the instructors and the students. To explain it in one word would
be “FUN!”. Everyone in the class is always eager and willing to help
anyone that may be having a problem with a turn pattern or a shine. The
class is divided into three sections:

Beginner
-
Intermediate
-
Advanced
The first hour is all “Floor Shines.” This is
where the steps are broken down. The second hour is partner work. This
is where turn patterns are learned.
Make sure that you wear comfortable shoes that
don’t have rubber soles. Rubber soles make it difficult for you to
move. You don’t need to bring a partner as there are plenty of people
to dance with. All you have to do is show up and you can join in on the
fun.

begin soon. They will include Acrobatics, Ballroom, Belly Dancing, Hip
Hop, Latin Jazz, Cha Cha, Hustle, Yoga, Ballet and Vocal/Singing/Piano.
